Prices exclude VAT or sales tax where it applies; it is added at checkout for your country. Every plan starts on Free: you upgrade from inside the app when you want to, not before.

You don't pick a side. The plan sets how much, not which.

Every plan carries both worlds. Open the door you need first; the other one is already unlocked.

They book you

A page with your real availability, every calendar checked. Buffers, notice periods, paid sessions, Meet links, reminders. Send one link and stop writing “does Tuesday work?”.

Ides runs your calendars

“Find me an hour this week when I'm actually free.” Ides reads every calendar you connect, proposes times, moves things with your say-so, and answers the thread so you don't have to.

Questions people ask before they pay

What happens if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. Your workspace drops back to Free: the first booking page stays live, the first calendar stays connected, Ides goes back to 20 asks a month. The rest is paused, not gone, and comes back the moment you upgrade again.

Is the free plan really free, forever?

Yes. It is not a trial and there is no clock. It is a smaller version of the same product: one page, one calendar, a monthly allowance of Ides. Enough to run a real week on, by design.

Do I have to choose between the booking page and Ides?

No. Every plan has both. The plan decides how much you get of each, never which one you get. The switch on the homepage only changes which door you walk through first.

How is VAT handled?

Prices are shown without tax. At checkout Stripe works out the VAT or sales tax for your country and adds it to the invoice; businesses with a valid VAT ID in the EU are charged under the reverse-charge rules. You can pay in euro or US dollars.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes, and it saves two months: Solo is €96 a year ($120), Team €180 a seat a year ($200). The toggles at the top of the page switch between monthly and yearly, euro and dollar.

What counts as an “ask” to Ides?

One request: “find me an hour this week”, “move Thursday's call to the afternoon”, or a thread Ides answers for you. The back-and-forth inside one request does not count again.

Where is my data?

On servers in the EU, in a database that belongs to your workspace. Calendars are read through the connections you grant, and you can revoke them at any time.

Start with one world. Both are already yours.

Five minutes to set up either way. Everything else is waiting when you want it.
