Calendrite
Across every calendar you keep — including the one work will not let you share. Send one link and the first reply is “booked”, not “actually, I can’t”.
One assistant across Google, Outlook, the locked work feed and the family calendar. Ask him in a chat or forward him an email; he checks for clashes and books only when you say yes.
Ninety seconds in the booking world
From link to paid meeting, without a single reply.
A real sequence, drawn from the product. It plays once as you arrive; replay any time.
One account, not two products
The switch paints your dashboard. It never removes a room.
Pick the booking page and Ides is waiting in the sidebar the day you want him. Pick the assistant and a booking link is one click away when somebody asks. Same calendars, same data, same plan. The world you choose only decides what you see first, and you can flip it inside the app at any time.
Meet Ides
An assistant that can see all of it, and never acts without you.
Ides reads every calendar you connect. He proposes; nothing lands until you say yes — unless you tell him “just book it”.
So who is Ides?
Ides is the part of Calendrite that holds your week. Not a chatbot bolted onto a calendar — he reads every calendar you connect, in one place: Google, Outlook, an iCal feed, and the company calendar IT will not let you share. When he answers “you are free Thursday at 14:00”, he has checked all of them.
He never books on his own. He proposes, you say yes, and only then does anything land in a calendar. If you would rather not be asked every time, tell him “just book it” and he stops asking — for that kind of request, not for everything.
Three ways to reach him
- Chat. Ask in plain words — “when can Ana in Lisbon and Wei in Singapore both make it?” — and he answers with times that work in every zone involved. Photograph an invitation or a screenshot and he reads the details out of it rather than making you retype them.
- Email. Forward the thread to ides@ and copy him in. He answers the other side himself with times you are genuinely free, agrees one, and sends the invitation. You see every message; you do not have to write any of them.
- Voice. Say it instead of typing it, on a walk or between meetings. Same assistant, same rules — nothing is booked without your yes.
Four of the requests people make most, in work and at home. Typed, thought about, answered. Also by voice, by photo, and by email to ides@.
Plans
Three plans. Both worlds in every one of them.
Always free, always on time. The free plan is a working taste of everything, not a crippled half.
